The Science Behind Ultrasonic Cavitation
High-intensity, targeted ultrasonic (or ultrasound) waves vibrate the fat cells, creating air bubbles that expand and burst, forcing the adipose membranes (fat cells) to burst, releasing free fatty acids and glycerol. Water-soluble glycerol is then used to generate energy in the body, whereas the fatty acids get absorbed by the liver like any other fatty acids you get with your food.
During cavitation only fat tissues are affected, because they have a much weaker membrane, leaving other tissues completely unaffected.
The Different Probe Attachments
- Cavitation 40K: Transmits 40kHz targeted ultrasonic waves to break down the fat cells under the skin. Best for removing fat overall.
- Vacuum RF: Vacuum RF therapy uses suction and pressure to dislodge fluids trapped within fat cells, thereby reducing cellulite and preventing fat lumps from forming post cavitation. Connective tissue fibers, dermal collagen fibers, andfat cells can all be heated to different depths using Radio Frequency energy.This softens connective tissue and stimulates collagen production for moresupple skin. As a result, the skin becomes more toned and youthful looking.
- Tripolar RF: This head uses radio frequency energy pulses that help speed up the lymphatic system to help with the broken down fat cells. Also stimulates collagen growth in the skin to help improve sagging skin and remove wrinkles. Best used for smaller and more sensitive areas.
- Quadrupolar & Multipolar RF: Similar to the Tripolar head except more powerful. Good for firming and tightening skin in larger areas, and reducing cellulite. Perfect for use after a session with the cavitation head as it helpsthe lymphatic system get rid of the broken-down fatty cells and speeds upresults.
All heads have an infrared light to help speed up the treatment process. Infrared light is proven to help stimulate blood flow and rejuvenate the skin.
- Laser Lipo: - Also referred to as Laser Lipolysis, uses Infrared Laser Light totarget, heat & liquefy fatty tissue and promote skin tightening by stimulatingcollagen production and cell rejuvenation.
Prepare the area
Apply a mask-like layer of gel on the area you want to treat.
We recommend using our Conductive Ultrasound Gel for best results.
Activate & TREAT
Use the 40K Cavitation Head for15 minutes per area. This will break down
the fat cells into free fatty acids.
Followed by another 15 minutes with the Vacuum RF Head. This will help
dislodge the broken-down fatty acids so that they are more easily discarded
by the body’s lymphatic system, along with smoothing out the area to make
sure no lumps of fat are formed.
Followed by another 15 minutes with the Body RF. This will assist your
lymphatic system in getting rid of the destroyed fat cells and rejuvenating
the skin.
Finish off with another 15 minutes with the Laser Lipo to help speed up the
fat dissolving process by using Infrared Laser Light targeting the already
affected fat cells and reducing their volume even further

Post Treatment Care
After your session, turn off the device and wipe the surfaces of the used attachments. You can use 70% alcohol or a water-based wet wipe. Do not submerge in water or clean with running water.
We recommend some before and aftercare tips and tricks to help you or your clients achieve the best results.
✔️ Drinking plenty of water both before and after the treatment to help flush out the broken fat cells.
✔️ Avoiding carbs, sugar and greasy heavy food for 12-24 hours before a session.
✔️ Exercising 30 mins right after a session. Any type of activity is fine, just keep the blood circulating.
✔️ Avoiding alcohol & caffeine 24-48 hours before and after a session as both substances will dehydrate the body which makes flushing less effective.
Lastly, it's important to remember that ultrasonic cavitation is not the solution to a bad diet. It is meant to burn the fat in the targeted area so that the body can use it as energy first and flush it out through the lymphatic system. It is best to maintain a healthy balanced diet and a workout routine.
The device should be used with a water based conductive or slimming gel. We recommend using it with our Conductive Ultrasound Gel.

FAQs
Is it safe?
As ultrasonic cavitation is a fairly safe non-invasive, and non-surgical procedure, healthy individuals can use it without many concerns. However, if you have any existing condition we recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner first. Please see our Intended Use & Contraindications tab below for more info.
How long should I use it for and when will I see results?
As each person is a little different, some will see improvement with just a single treatment while others will see improvement with additional treatments. Usually, a course of 6-12 treatments is recommended for results. Ideally this should be 2-3 treatments per week for 2-4 weeks, 15 minutes with cavitation head and another 15 with RF. After achieving your desired results, it is recommended to have routine maintenance sessions every 2-6 weeks or as desired.
How long do results last?
If you maintain a healthy balanced diet and don't consume any additional calories than your body burns, you can expect your results to last for a long time. As ultrasonic cavitation doesn't remove fat cells, but rather releases their contents, the cells can again store fat. Which is why a balanced diet is the most effective way to ensure longer-lasting results.
Is it painful?
The treatments are painless. However, some people may experience a tingling sensation or sensitivity.
Do I need to use a gel?
Yes you do! The device can’t be used on dry skin. For best results we recommend using our own Conductive Ultrasound Gel, however you can also use any water based gel such as an ultrasound gel or conductive gel.
Does it get hot?
Yes, you may feel some warming from the heads of the device, which is completely normal.
Why do I hear buzzing in my ears while doing the treatment?
All cavitation machines produce a high shrieking noise during the procedure and you will hear ringing in your ears that can last up to 24 hours. However, don't be alarmed this is normal and will pass after a few hours. If the ultrasonic head is making a very loud noise, it's possible that it has become a bit loose from the handle. If that's the case, please try to screw it back by twisting it clock-wise. Refer to the User Guide for more info.
Can I use it for the face or neck?
Due to the power and intensity of the device, we don't recommend using the ultrasonic cavitation head on the face and on the neck area. However, you can use the Tripolar RF head without any issues. It is meant to be used for more sensitive areas. Please always start with the lowest intensity setting.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are usually mild for ultrasonic cavitation treatment and usually pass away after a few hours post-procedure. Most common side effects are redness and increased sensitivity. Some individuals may also experience some mild bruising.

We offer 30 days return window for our 6-in-1 40K Ultrasonic Cavitation Slimming Machine starting from the delivery date. After 30 days absolutely no returns will be accepted.
A credit, minus restocking & processing fees, will be given for returned products that are undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping back the product. Please return each item in its original box and with all original packing materials. DO NOT send back items without getting an approval or an RMA from our customer support team first. Such items sent back will be refused upon delivery and returned back to you.
To return an item, contact us first by e-mail or telephone for a Return Authorization Number. We will need your name, contact information and details of the product and original order. Please note: all returns must be postmarked by the last day of your return window, or within 1-3 days of the RMA date if your return request was submitted during the last few days of your return window. There are no exceptions to this policy.

This is a very comprehensive machine. It has a lot of good features that might be overwhelming for someone who is just getting into such things. I've been building a home spa of sorts for the past two years and I finally decided to get a real professional machine. And let me tell you this does the job! This has everything that you might need. It's very useful for whatever you are doing. For example I usually use the laser lipo pads while watching Netflix. During the time where I want to be a bit more active I will go with the vacuum RF. It really depends. But this machine does do the job. Look no further.
