Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for our money back guarantee, you need to follow these simple instructions:

  1. Prior to using our device, take a clear photo of the area you want to improve.
  2. Follow our "Recommended Instructions" in our user guide, minimum 20 minutes per day, 4 times a week for 4 weeks.
  3. Take a clear photo of the same area after 4 weeks of use. 
  4. Email us at with both photos attached.
  5. We will review your claim.
  6. Once validated, send back your items.
  7. Refunds will be issued after we have received the items back to our warehouse.

The biggest factor determining your success and results with our device is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time. Please also keep in mind that overeating and having a poor diet will severely impact any potential results.

We reserve the right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence provided to us.

To protect ourselves from fraud, this is only valid on your first order within 30 days of delivery, subsequent orders will not qualify for a money back guarantee.

We offer 30 days returns for any reason starting from the delivery date for all products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange Please email us at within 30 days of the delivery to initiate the return process and get an RMA.

Damaged Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at with pictures of the damaged item and order number. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Stolen/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided for the order unless Shipping Insurance has been purchased by the customer. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery with the shipping company and the address provided.

Shipping Insurance

You have the option to purchase shipping insurance which covers packages up to $100 in the event of damage, loss or theft. 

  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” or there has not been an update for more than 15 days, must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered.
  • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” yet not received by the customer must be filed within 7 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. We reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft. 

If a package is reported as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier used and open a case with them to try and locate the package first. If the package cannot be located (missing or stolen) let our support team know and a replacement package will be provided at no extra cost. Refunds will not be issued for missing or stolen packages. All replacements provided by us might be subject to shipping/handling charges and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

To file a claim, please contact our support team to notify them and if necessary file a case with the shipping carrier.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Usually it takes 3-5 business days for returned packages to be processed, however in busy periods please allow up to 10 business days.

Items for return should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date that we have provided the return label or shipping instructions. Please note that we may not proceed with the refund if the item has been shipped back to us after 7 days or more. Furthermore, please contact our support team and provide the tracking number of the returned items in order for us to keep track of the parcel until received in our warehouse address.  

Please note that we charge a $5-10 restocking fee per item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.

Opened & used creams or gels will not be eligible for a return or refund. 

Orders where a 'special' case discount code was used that was provided by our team are not eligible for a return or a refund. 

Replacements are not eligible for a return or a refund.

Our main return centre is in Canada, as a result, customers may be asked to return back used items to Canada.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your delivery date, however it must be unused and unopened. We will only provide you with a refund once we receive the product returned to us, and our team ensures it is unused and in resalable condition. There will be a $5-10 restocking & processing fee per item depending on package size. In the event that a product returned back to us is NOT in its original, unused and unopened condition, a 20% fee will be deducted from the item's refund.

Refused Packages/Incorrect Address/Not Picked Up on Time

If a package is refused at the time of the delivery by the customer and returned to us there will be a non-refundable return label fee and processing & restocking fee of approximately $10-$35 depending on the size of the package. Return label fees are charged by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it wasn't picked up on time from the local postal office, there will also be a non-refundable return label fee and a new re-shipment fee if the customer wishes to have their package reshipped. 

Order Cancellation

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact with the subject ‘cancel’ and your order details as soon as possible.

We will charge a 5% fee of the total transaction for order cancellations. These are costs incurred by banks & payment processors. 


We offer 120 days warranty for all of our products starting from the delivery date. If you have any issues or defects with your items we will be happy to exchange them. Please send us an email with a description of your problem, including picture/video demonstration. 

Gift Return Policy

If you wish to receive an exchange or refund for the “required purchase product(s)”, in addition to returning the “required purchase product(s)”, you must also return all free accompanying “gift” items. This requirement is instituted to avoid potential abuse of our return policy by customers only wishing to obtain the free accompanying “gift” item.

We will not be issuing exchange replacements for “gift” items. These are complimentary products for which you incurred no cost.

If you don’t return the free “gift” items with the “required purchase product(s)”, a refund will not be issued.

Gift items can only be exchanged if they are defective.
