All cavitation machines produce a high shrieking noise during the procedure and you will hear ringing in your ears that can last up to 24 hours. However, don't be alarmed — this is normal and will pass after a few hours. If the ultrasonic head is making a very loud noise, it's possible that it has become loose from the handle. If that's the case, please try to screw it back by twisting it clock-wise.
