Order Processing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 business day. In busy periods it can take up to 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

The options available to you at checkout depend on your destination:

  • Free Standard Shipping (where available): estimated 5–9 business days, with most orders arriving within about a week.
  • Priority Processing (Standard Shipping with Priority Processing): your order moves to the front of the queue and is packed and shipped within 24 hours. This speeds up handling only — transit time is the same as Free Standard Shipping, so it does not make the delivery itself arrive faster.
  • Express Shipping: estimated 3–5 business days.

All delivery windows are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed. They are measured from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Carrier delays, weather, peak periods, and customs clearance are outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. For international orders, we cover all customs, duties, and import fees — you pay only the total you paid at checkout, with no additional charges to receive your package.

Free Standard Shipping may not be available to every destination; where it isn't offered, paid shipping options are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination, and customs clearance can add time beyond the estimates above.

Multiple Shipments

We ship from several warehouses, and orders containing more than one item may be sent in separate packages that arrive at different times. If your order ships in multiple packages, a tracking number will be provided for each one.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information. Please allow a short time for the first tracking update to appear.

Shipping Address & Uncollected Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If your package is held at a local post office or pickup point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it. Packages that are refused, undeliverable, or not picked up in time may be subject to the fees described in our Return Policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at help@nulifebeauty.com so we can help.
