How long does shipping take?
Our cavitation machines ship free from the US in 1–2 business days and are delivered in 3–7 days. Other orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day (up to 3–5 in busy periods), then take about 5–9 business days with free standard shipping or 3–5 business days with Express. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally and cover all customs, duties and import fees, so you only pay your checkout total. Shipping options for your country are shown at checkout, and customs clearance can add some time.
What is your return policy?
You get 30 days from delivery to test your device. If it’s not for you, email help@nulifebeauty.com within those 30 days to request a return. It doesn’t have to be back with us by then: once we send your return instructions, you’ll have 7 days to ship it. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Do your devices come with a warranty?
Yes. Our 3-in-1, 4-in-1, 6-in-1 and 9-in-1 cavitation machines come with a 1-year limited warranty, and all other products come with a 120-day limited warranty, both from your delivery date. If your device has a defect, email us your order number, a short description and a photo or video, and we’ll replace the faulty part or device free of charge.
